Gramos Barrier Film AS is a tough, alkaline soluble, transparent coating which when dry is resistant to water but can be removed with a dilute alkaline detergent solution. These special properties make Barrier Film AS ideal for use in spray booths as a temporary protective coating. Unsightly paint over-spray adheres to the surface of Barrier Film AS instead of the underlying structure. 

Barrier Film AS can be used on a wide range of non-porous surfaces including floors and walls.

Features and benefits:

• Unsightly paint overspray can be prevented from soiling surfaces by pre-coating with Barrier Film AS to act as a barrier. This can then be easily removed by washing with a dilute alkali cleaner which solubilises the underlying Barrier Film AS together with the overspray. The clean walls can then be re-coated with fresh Barrier Film AS.
• Barrier Film AS can also be used on a wide range of surfaces, including concrete floors, provided that the surface is non-porous and in good condition.
• Barrier Film AS is a versatile maintenance product. Regular use and clean off help keep areas and equipment looking in a clean condition.
• Barrier Film AS can also be used as a graffiti barrier. The graffiti is removed together with the film of Barrier Film AS when washed with a dilute alkali solution.
