Metfin AD3538 is a synergistic blend of surfactants primarily designed for use in metal pre-treatment processes. It can be used alongside iron and zinc phosphates as well as alkaline cleaners to produce improved degreasing capability during the phosphating process.

Metfin AD3538 can be used in multistage phosphate treatment plants to effectively clean and degrease metals prior to phosphating. The powerful formulation ensures that components are free from contaminants which may prevent adhesion of the conversion coating. It is especially effective as a neutral first stage rinse used to remove heavy contamination prior to treatment with phosphating products or alkaline cleaners.

Metfin AD3538 is also suitable for use outside of phosphating lines. The advanced formulation makes it suitable for a range of spray wash and immersion cleaning applications where effective degreasing is required. The concentrated detergent package range provides excellent performance at low in use concentrations.
