Metfin AD3822 is a neutral low-foaming detergent primarily designed for application in phosphating processes. It combines an advanced detergent package and synergistic solvent blend giving the product excellent grease and oil removing capability over a wide temperature range.

Metfin AD3822 can be used in multistage phosphate treatment plants to effectively clean and degrease metals prior to phosphating. The powerful formulation ensures that components are free from contaminants which may prevent adhesion of the conversion coating. The separate detergent treatment provides increased flexibility and allows the ratio of detergent / phosphate to be adjusted to ensure maximum efficiency and economy.

Metfin AD3822 is also suitable for use outside of phosphating lines. The advanced formulation makes it suitable for a range of spray wash and immersion cleaning applications where effective degreasing is required. The concentrated detergent package and wide operating temperature range provide excellent performance at low in use concentrations.
