Metspray AK3819 is a mildly alkaline, inhibited, liquid spray wash cleaner for aluminium and aluminium alloys. It contains a powerful blend of low foaming surfactants and dispersants that can penetrate even the most tenacious soils without causing damage to the base metal.

Metspray AK3819 has been specially formulated to provide a high degree of inhibition when applied to aluminium substrates, protecting the base metal during the cleaning process. The caustic free formulation ensures minimal attack on the base metal making it is safe to use on most sensitive metals.

Metspray AK3819 is a flexible formulation that can be applied by spray or used in immersion cleaning tanks. It is especially effective when used in ultrasonic cleaning systems where the combination of advanced surfactants and ultrasonic movement can break down even the most tenacious soils. It is economical to use and can be readily diluted to suit a range of applications. It can be used at ambient temperatures or heated up to 70°C to increase penetration on areas with heavy contamination.
