Metspray AK3854 is a silicate free, spray wash detergent powder designed to remove grease, oil, and carbonised deposits from ferrous and non-ferrous metals. It contains an advanced surfactant system that provide outstanding cleaning performance even at low concentration. Its low foaming characteristics make it particularly useful for spray washing applications where very low levels of foam are required.

Metspray AK3854 has been designed as a 100% active powder designed to dissolve in water to produce a working solution that can be applied via spray wash. The silicate free formulation is safe for use on ferrous and nonferrous metals and is compatible with most sensitive metals and multi metal applications. The powdered formulation allows the strength of the working solution to be quickly adjusted during application making it suitable for use on different types of contamination.

Metspray AK3854 can be used at ambient temperatures or heated up to 80°C to increase penetration on areas with heavy contamination.
