ultraTAK® Heavy has been produced with the same ultrasoft material as standard ultraTAK® but has been specially impregnated with a higher resin content that allows it to absorb higher levels of contamination. It retains the same tear resistant, non-linting characteristics as the original product while providing increased dust absorption and retention. Thanks to the specially designed resin formulation there is no transfer of resin to components meaning surfaces are left clean and residue free. 

ultraTAK® Heavy has also been proven to rapidly reduce excess electrostatic charges on wiped surfaces. The dense polyester fabric acts to neutralise excess static charge and can effectively reduce electrostatic potentials in excess of +/- 30kV. This makes it ideal for use on plastics and other materials where static build up can occur.

ultraTAK® Heavy is suitable for use in all heavy duty surface cleaning and dust removal applications. It is ideal for use in environments with high levels of loose contaminants such as wood finishing, metal grinding and building sites where the high dust retention makes cleaning down fast and easy. It is also suitable for final surface preparation in paint shops where the excellent dust retention can ensure the perfect finish for before painting.
